Prize Desk

Free raffle and prize draw tool

Let your winners pick their own prizes.

Collect entries, draw the winners, and let each winner choose their own prize from what is left.

No account, no card, no download. Free to use.

Three tools in one

Use all three together to run a raffle end to end, or take the one you need and ignore the others. Nothing depends on the step before it.

1

Collect entries

One link, and people enter themselves.

Put it on a poster, a QR code, a Facebook post or an email. Names, emails and phone numbers land in your list as they come in. Duplicate entries are caught automatically.

Skip it if you sold paper tickets and already have your list.

2

Draw the winners

Paste any list of names and spin the wheel.

It works on its own, with no raffle set up and nothing saved: paste a column from a spreadsheet, choose how many winners you need, and draw. Winners are picked with a cryptographic random number generator, and you can issue a certificate proving the list was not edited afterwards.

Use this on its own for a staff prize, a competition winner or a rota.

3

Let winners choose their prize

The part nobody else does.

List what you have collected, with photos if you like. Every winner gets a private link and takes the prize they actually want, first come, first served. The moment one goes it disappears for everyone else, so nothing is promised twice.

Skip it if you only have one prize and one winner.

What people use it for

School and church fetes

Sell tickets on the day, draw the winners that evening, let each one pick from the table of donated prizes.

Charity prize draws

Collect entries online for weeks, then draw in front of everyone with a certificate to show it was done properly.

Multi-brand giveaways

Several brands each put up a prize, one entry pool, several winners. Each picks their own, so no brand is left over.

Clubs, societies and tombolas

Members enter, the wheel decides, and nobody has to ring round on a Sunday.

Brand and influencer draws

Free to enter, drawn at random, with evidence you can produce if anyone asks how the winner was chosen.

Anything that needs one name pulled out

Staff prizes, a rota, who gets the spare ticket. Paste the names into the wheel and draw. Nothing to set up.

You do not have to retype anything

Wherever your list already lives, you can paste it straight in. Select the column in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, copy it, and drop it into the box. Extra columns do not matter: email addresses, phone numbers and ticket numbers are picked out automatically, in whatever order they happen to be.

Sarah Whitfield, sarah@example.com, 41
Joe Bloggs, 07700 900123
Mark Ellis x6
Helen Doyle, helen@example.org, 3 tickets

That reads as four people holding thirteen tickets between them. Mark and Helen bought more than one, so they get more than one chance, which is what a raffle ticket is for.

What it costs

Nothing. Prize Desk is free at the moment, with no limit on entrants, prizes or winners, and no card details asked for at any point.

Not sure whether your raffle needs registering with the council? We wrote a plain English guide to the rules, a start to finish guide for school PTAs, and there is a free terms and conditions generator if you need one. All free whether you use the tool or not.

Why not just phone everyone

Because thirty winners and forty prizes means an afternoon of voicemail, a spreadsheet that goes out of date and at least one prize promised to two people. Everyone picking from the same live list solves it. When a prize goes, it goes, and nobody else is offered it.
